The new MICROTEC MTX-44/68 calender heat press machine uses solid steel construction with Φ7.8"(200mm)/Φ9.8"(250mm) drum for fast and efficient transfers. Heat of this MTX-44/68 heat press machine is controlled with advanced heat sensors which maintain consistent temperature. The roll feed and take-up system of this heat press machine has three mandrels for feeding and three mandrels for take-up. The media system of this heat press machine includes a material centring system for quickly loading the calender for production. Further the unit is totally self-contained and does not need air. Spring Loaded take-up Mandrels: No tools are required to load or remove media from the calander.
Forward & Reverse Button: if the feeding with problem, you can turn the button to REV, then the material will return saftly.
