Maintenance instructions

1. The operator should carefully study the manual before use and operate in strict accordance with the manual.

2. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the machine

3. Check whether there are abnormal phenomena in each part before starting the machine, and deal with the problems in time to avoid accidents.

4. Strictly prevent iron or other hard objects mixed into flour, so as to avoid accidents

5. It is not allowed to pour the back face directly into the noodle bowl.

6. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the dangerous parts such as rollers, gears, chains and cutters.

7. To ensure the lubrication of all rotating parts, there are oil marks, oil holes in the oil cup, gears and chains. Add 20% - 30% oil twice per shift. Add a little edible oil to the surface of cutter and roller after each shift.

8. Idling for 10-15 minutes before rolling, the temperature of production room in winter is kept above 10-15 ℃.

9. The machine should be kept clean after shutdown, and there is no residual or surface blank in each roller.

10. All gears and rolling bearings should be kept lubricated.

11. It is strictly prohibited that other hard impurities fall into the roller and gear.

12. Replace the bearing grease every six months.

13. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the clearance of the top roller to more than 5mm.
