The honey vacuum concentrator uses the principle of lowering the boiling point of water in a high vacuum state to quickly evaporate the water in the honey and increase the degree of honey impregnation. The equipment also has melting and crystallization, filtration, sterilization and concentration. The equipment consists of preheating cylinder, filter, concentration tank, condenser, vacuum pump, etc. Electric heating is automatically controlled, and boiler circulating hot water heating can also be used. The equipment and materials are all made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.
Both the inside and outside of the tank and the pipeline are mirror polished, which meets the requirements of SC certification. The equipment is easy to operate, reliable in use, high in efficiency and good in effect. Vacuum honey can reach higher vacuum and lower concentration temperature. It is the ideal equipment for honey processing. It is suitable for the production and processing of honey in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The equipment consists of preheating tank, filter, concentration tank, condenser, recovery tank, vacuum pump, etc. In order to adapt to the heating situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, the electric heating control mode of the device is also adapted to the heating mode of small hot water boilers. In order to improve production efficiency and obtain high vacuum, this machine is specially designed with a set of condensing device and water ring vacuum pump. To this end, the user should have the following conditions: 1. The height is 3 meters and the area is 30 square meters.
2. The capacity is two 40Kw line distribution boxes, if the hot water heating of the 0.3M3 hot water boiler is used;
3. Equipped with a circulating water tank (about 1M3) and a 0.55kW water pump. The cooling effect of the water tank can improve the concentration efficiency. (Note: For small businesses, there is no need to preheat the tank, the pool is self-provided.)
