1. How to guarantee clients interests?
A.You are welcomed to visit our factories once the sample are be approved .before you place an order and pay for the deposit,we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.
B. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If bulk is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.
C. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.

2. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A.Take photos of the problems and send to us;
B.Take videos of the problems and send to us;
C.Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
D.If the both of side can not reach a consensus on the problem, we are willing to take a concession to negotiate a solution,
because the business is long-term.
3. How to confirm the quality before bulk production?
A.You can get a free sample, and inspect the quality;
B.Send us your samples, and we make the sample for your confirmation.
4. Could I only buy several wheels for testing the quality firstly?
If we have in stock we can sell only 1-4 wheels to you.
5 . How can I place an order if I don't know the wheel data?
You just need to advise us the exact car models and the wheel size you need, we will help you checkthe data and we will give you our suggestions regarding finish and other information.
6. What information should I provide before placing an order?
Before placing order, we need to confirm SIZE, PCD, ET, CB ,Color,quantity.
7.If the quantity is big , can I get a discount?
Yes, of course. price will be different according to order quantity. the price of full container will be the lowest.
8. How to gurantee the wheel quality?
All of our products is based on JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified.we can provide the factory test report before shippment.
9. How about your delivery time?
From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 20-45 days. If need to made wheel mould, leadtime will delay 3-4 weeks longer.
10. What information should I provide for a quotation?
Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
11.Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
12. What's your MOQ?
For our existing mould, MOQ is 60-80pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
13. How to deliver your wheels?
We cooperate with very reliable shipping company and agent, if you dont have your own agent, we can help you and give you suggestions and the most economic way for shipping by sea or by air, you can choose pickup wheels from the nearest port or at your shop
