2.Machine setup method
Turn on the power, link start switch and power indicator display. Then set the working time of a single product (common
product is 6S), clear according to the working quantity counter RST, adjust the working air pressure to 3-6kg, adjust the
pressure regulating valve (Clockwise is supercharged, counterclockwise is decompression.).
3.Install mould
Select the corresponding product diameter mold, install the mold, adjust the clamping length, turn on the air source, and
adjust the depth of the groove.
The depth adjuster should be gradually adjusted from shallow (small) to deep (large), and the scale from small (shallow) to
large (deep).
4.Problems solving
(1)Product has traces: Mold specifications do not match
(2)Rotation of product parts: Mold diameter is too large
(3)Depth of groove is not enough: Check air pressure and working time, adjust the depth

Need Suitable Tubes to process
The thickness of tubes is important. Usually, it must be less than 0.5mm.
Thicker thickness needs more time to process. The tube hardness also influences the lifetime of the molds. Higher tube hardness, less lifetime on molds.
Tightness between tubes and wire
Diameters of tubes and wire matter. Higher tightness between tubes and wire can make the finish units more perfect.
