Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You might need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 10~15 days, production lead time is 30 to 45 days depends on the production status.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Regular MOQ is 200pcs per model.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
Q6. How about the payment term?
A: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy BL for container order.
Q7. Do you accept customized design?
A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
