METO Manual Beer Keg Washing Machine is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of all kinds of beer refreshing containers (including stainless steel keg and plastic beer keg). And this machine can do the works washing, sterilizing .
Specially designed for washing and sterilizing various beer keg such as stainless steel kegs, plastic beer kegs and fresh beer kegs.
The working procedure is controlled by hand,whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304.All pipe welding use orbital welding system. Manual washing, washing time control at will.

2. WORKING PROCEDURE
2.1 The setting up of working procedure to offer:
Pressing→Air Blowing/Drain Off →Clean Water Washing(Air blowing)→Air Blowing/Drain Off →Hot Caustic Washing(Air Blowing Recycle Caustic To Caustic Tank)→Hot Water Washing 1 (Air Blowing)→Air Blowing/Drain Off →Hot Water Washing 2→CO2 Blowing/Drain Off →CO2 Pressure Preparing
2.2 How to work ?
Attention: 1. Before working, pay attention to enough caustic and water in tanks.
2. Please pay attention to electrical standard, don’t let the pump reversal.
2.2.1 Connect all pipes and fill enough liquid in keg tank.
Tank volume : fill full is 100L under the overflow port.
2.2.2 Connect wire to right 380-415V 3Phases 50Hz 15KW 3P+N+G.
Keg Washer Working Procedures
Put keg on the table, use the Micro-matic keg coupler connect with machine and keg. Use manual valve and button to control machine to was keg.
Suggestion washing program: Purge by air – City water washing –Purge by air– caustic washing / recycle in the caustic tank – Hot water washing – Purge by air – Hot water washing – Purge by air – (Steam Sterilize - Steam Pressure Sterilize) -Purge steam or Air by CO2 – CO2 Fill Pressured
