What are the characteristics of our products?
This machine is mainly used for the production of panel furniture edge-sealing workpieces. It is suitable for melamine board, medium density board, plywood (plywood).
Various types of roll edge banding can be used, including: PVC/ABS/acrylic/wood (straight edge seal) and other edge sealing materials, and the pressing system ensures the smooth conveying of the plate during the edge sealing process.
5-position automatic adjustment Adjust the thickness of the edge band (0.6mm 0.8mm 1mm 1.2mm 1.5mm) 5 kinds of factory settings.
Set the gear according to customer requirements (2mm-3mm gear can also be set).
The maximum speed can be reached: 26m/min (when the straight edge is closed) with tracking.
Straight edge and partial beveled edge adopt separate and independent glue supply system to ensure the functional stability of different shape edges (straight edge is plate glued, partial beveled edge is coated with glue), and the two functions can be switched quickly in the touch screen. Convenient, improve production efficiency and improve product quality.
