Overview:                                                                                                                                           

M4 is a two-way high performance stage monitor speaker with a maximum sound pressure level of 134 dB. It consists of a 1.3 inch exit coaxial and one 15 inch neodymium woofer. Its constant pointing diffusion angle 50° x 70° (h x v) can accurately cover the stage area, and M4 monitor speaker can also serve as a powerful main expansion system. The M4 cabinet closure is made of good quality plywood and is coated with a layer of durable paint. There are two screw holes on each side panel for flexible mounting and a jack for speaker bracket mounting. Two chutes extending from the rear to the front of the box protect the bottom panel from scratching.

Service, Return & Warranty

Warranty Period:

The warranty period is as below:

Power Amplifiers - 2 Years;

Powered Speaker Modules - 2 Years;

Line Array and Speakers - 2 Years.

The warranty period will commence on the date of original purchase . The damage by human action or force majeure shall not be contained in the warranty scope .

Terms of Service:

We don't provide spare parts for sample orders; for big order or regular orders, we will put some components of the amplifiers; diaphragms, recone kits and interbal filter of speakers which may be damaged following delivery.

Within the warranty period, we'll be responsible for repair or replacement for any defected or damaged products free of charge. But it is only for damaged components, if you want the complete boards for swap, you should pay.

For over service lifetime, we'll be responsible for repair and only charge for the replaced components.

Shipping Costs:

Sanway Audio will cover the shipping costs of sending replacement goods out for all valid warranty claims, The user will cover the shipping costs of returning the defective goods.

The user will cover the shipping costs for non-warranty service goods to and from Sanway Audio or an Authorized Service Representative.
