Q: How to get the samples?
A: We usually ask for the sample cost, if formal order was came, the sample cost would be returned. The sample can be sent by DHL,
EMS or any express company you want.
Q: What's the lead time？
A: Some of products have stock, they can be sent in 2-3 days. For the item which out of stock, it takes 15-30 days to produce.
Q: Can you make the customized product?
A: Yes we can. We can help to design or you can send us the artwork, then we will make the product you want.
It would take 30-45 days to produce the customized products.
Q: What's the payment term?
A: 30% deposit prepaid, balance 70% be paid before the delivery.
