1, What is your time of making samples?
Usually we will take 1~3 days to make the samples.

Our MOQ is usually 20 square meters.
3, What is your delivery time?
The time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit.
4, What materials do you fabricate?
Granite, marble, limestone, porcelain, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum and most floor coverings such as terrazzo tile, carpeting and luxury floor laminates are some of the materials that PFM fabricates.
5,What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment.
6, Do you design?
We do original designs through our in-house design service, and we collaborate with designers to adapt their ideas for waterjet fabrication.
7, How do you package & ship?
PFM team provides carefully packed packages and crates no matter what the size of the project. Our team carefully protects individual parts with shrink wrap and foam.
8, Can you work from our CAD files?
We can work directly from your CAD files.
