A: We provide 5 years guarantee for products main body and 1 year for spare parts (cartridge, flexible hose etc). If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair partS will be sent in the next order.
Q5. Can you accept trail/small order?
A: Yes, we understand that it is not easy for you to order big quantity for a new item, so in the beginning we could accept small quantity, to help you open your market step by step.
