4. After customers confirming all details, we make Proforma Invoice for our customer to make the deposit to start the production

5. During the production, our QC will check the quality of all the products and make photos from different angles to send to our customers or welcome customers to inspect the goods in our factory

6. After customers’ confirmation on products quality, we will pack up the goods with strong cargo worthy wooden crates and deliver the goods to the port

7. Our shipping forwarder will arrange the container loading and make photos to ensure all the goods are safe and sound

8.We will send the original shipping documents or telex release them to our customers once we receive the balance payment from our customers, and then the customers are able to pick up the shipment when it arrives at the destination port.

1. How can we get the sample?
We will provide the free sample to you, if you have the courier account, please provide it to us, or the express fee should be charged by your company. Our sample payment terms include West Union, Paypal and Money Gram.

2. How do you deal with the Quality Control?
Our professional inspectors will go through the dimensions, color consistence, and finishing to check every piece of product carefully again and again. Once confirm the quality of products is ok, they will pack the products.

3. How do you deal with the compensation?
If the products are damaged, we will make the replacement to you. Another way is that once you place the new order, we will give you certain discounts.

4. How is your MOQ requirement?
Our MOQ is at least one 20 feet container for the building materials. For sculptures, the MOQ can be one set.

5. How do we go to your factory for visiting?
We will let our driver to pick you up at the airport or the hotel to go to our factory for visiting.

6. How do we ship the goods?
We will quote you the ocean freight, tax and inland delivery fee. Our shipping forwarder will provide professional service to ensure your shipment arrives at your place smoothly.

7. How many tones are available for one 20’container?
Usually, one container can load 27 tones and be transported to European ports, and 21 tones to American ports.
