Souvenir pen
The souvenir pen is a souvenir product containing natural diamond powder and parts made of non-ferrous metal (brass) with a gold electroplated coating of 585 samples.
1. PURPOSE
1.1. The pen is a souvenir product.
1.2. Operating and storage conditions-office premises at ambient temperatures from +18°C to +30°C.
2. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
2.1. The pen consists of three nodes: a writing node, a decorative node and a clip.
2.1.1. The writing unit is a cylindrical-conical body with a ball rod placed in it and a rotary mechanism for transferring the rod
from the working position to the non-working one.
On the outer surface of the assembly parts, a 14K gold electroplating is applied.
2.1.2. The decorative unit is placed between the writing unit and the clip and is made in the form of a stylized hourglass with a
plastic transparent sealed case filled with a liquid containing natural diamond powder.
2.1.3. The clamp is made in the form of a cylindrical tip and a rod made of brass. On the front side of the rod there is a logo
(by means of engraving). On the outer surface of the assembly parts, a 14K gold electroplating is applied.
2.2. Content of precious stones and metals:
Natural diamond powder in the size of 800/630 or 630/500 in the form of octahedral crystals, in an amount of at least 2.50 carat.
Electroplated coating of 14K gold with a thickness of at least 40 microns.
2.3. Overall dimensions of the Handle: length -165 ± 5 mm, diameter-12.0 ± 0.2 mm.
2.4. Handle weight — 60 ± 5 g.
