 A: Sorry! We do not provide any spare. Usually you can send back to us and we will renew it for you and we deliver to you together with your new order.

3. Q: Do you test all the order or you only test half of the whole order?

 A: Our engineer will test them all with Memtest software.

4.Q: What should I do if I get RMA?

 A:Please send them back and we will repair or change them all and send back to in about 2 weeks.
