About the Customs package:
1.We can customs brown color box , normal color box, Tube Cylinder package, please provide your own design logo. We will send you artwork for checking
3.Can I get samples?
Sure. Sample is available. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge , we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-4 days to reach.
4.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
5.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20-30 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
