* Feeding: It is suggested to classify the copper scarp according to the Cu content and store it separately. By metal scrap baler, we make packed and pressed Copper scrap blocks, then feed into the Tilting furnace for further melting.
* Melting: Adjust the flow of LPG and air into the furnace, to maintain the temperature inside the furnace over 1250℃. After melting completed, clean dross.
* Casting: Molten copper will be cast into crude copper ingot by semi-auto casting wheel with 20
* Off-gas treatment system: after treatment , the clean off-gas will go to atmosphere through stack.
