mixing machine
The mixer is used for preparing raw materials in the production line of paper gypsum board. According to the program, the raw materials such as quantitative compound, water and foaming agent were added into the cylinder body for mixing and stirring, and the mixing uniformity reached the process requirements.
Forming machine
Plate moulding machine is used for plasterboard moulding. It is installed between shaking table and solidified belt conveyor. It mainly guides up and down paper moulding, accepts mixed slurry, and forms plasterboard strip by extruding flat plate. Length direction 1100, width direction 1540, elevation 900-915, total height about 2000, forming plate thickness 25mm, material 430, thickness manual adjustment, using encoder digital display.
