  • Why choose our water pump bearing?
 (1). Our outer ring, balls and rollers are all made of high-quality hardened Gcr15(according to SAE52100 and  Deutsche Industrie Norm 100Gr6). The material used for the shaft is Gr15 or 20CrMo(according to SAE1070). And we will do the surface heat treatment to reach 58-64 HRC for the surface and maintain the center soft and flexible.

They are used in high temperature and sealed environment for a long time, so we continually develop and use waterproof, high temperature resistant and anti-corrosive sealing and grease in order to ensure a long-term usage of our products.
