PET HDPE bottle recycling machine
This PET HDPE Bottle recycling line contains label scraping machine and steam washer which can separate labels and oil from the bottle. Through constant research and practice, we have solved many problems for our customers and improved our machines. This kind of PET recycling plant has adapted the character of bottle adequately and has made a pertinent scheme. After selection, wet crushing, friction washing and etc procedures, the dust, oil on the bottle can be completely cleaned. The recycled products are being widely used in granulation, injection and other fields.

1. Final products has good quality. When process PET bottle, final products humidity below 1%, impurities100ppm, PVC label content 100ppm. The whole line capacity between 300kg/h-3000kg/hour.
