Description of Vacuum Frying Machine
Vacuum frying machine uses the heat-conducting medium and lowers the temperatures to finish the dehydration of raw material under vacuum condition. It is the vital equipment of the whole production. It lowers the frying temperature and enhances the conductibility of heat and water in the materials.
A high vacuum degree avoids the infiltration of oil into chips, so it produces high quality, well tasted, and crispy chip.

1) Prevent the loss of nutrient from food at high temperatures, keep effectively the natrual color and flavor of the food and
reduce the processing cost than regular frying method.
2) Adopt advanced world famous brand components in electric parts and operation parts.
3) The oil content rate of the food is below 15%.
4) The presence of the carcinogen acrylamide (a chemical compound found in certain foods) is reduced.
