1. Introduction

This document mainly describes the detailed technical specifications of the POWRISE2200 PLUS portable energy storage power supply, and clearly defines the definitions and functions of various interfaces. It relates to the design verification, production management, quality inspection, procurement, marketing and promotion of the product.

       This document provides the various technical indicators of the product as the guidance documents and standards for the design, manufacture and inspection of products.

  2．Product Description

POWRISE2200 PLUS is a portable, versatile and upmarket energy storage power system. Adopting ABS + PC fireproof shell material （fire rating 94-V0）; Light and portable, fashionable appearance reflects magnificent, smooth surface, overall modeling, protrudes the sense of modern technology. Besides, The internal system is meticulous designed-High safety and practicability. It adopts secure high rate LiFePO4 battery, lithium battery management system (BMS), efficient energy conversion circuit; sufficient power output can provide two different voltage output (AC/DC), would satisfy the different demands of users. This product can be used as UPS power supply, and outdoor emergency backup power as well.

This product supports 230V (120V optional) pure sine wave AC output, and diverse voltage DC output (5V / 9V / 12V / 15V / 20V) comply with different ports like USB, QC3.0, PD3.0, etc.; It is also equipped with high illumination LED lights and refined atmosphere lights. The display screen shows the real-time condition of the battery, time and power.

It is suitable for a variety of different equipment and scenarios, such as: drones, portable ventilators, medical equipment, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, small printers, various lamps, small fish tank, photographic equipment, electric scooter, etc. It is greatly convenient for travelling (camping, gathering, self-driving, RV travel), business group activities (open-air performance, outdoor photography, mobile office), mobile business (mobile dining car, stalls, coffee cart), emergency power supply (strong insurance and disaster relief, security and medical backup, outdoor construction), etc.

Characteristics：

2.1 The appearance protrudes the sense of modern technology, versatile and upmarket. Adopting ABS + PC fireproof shell material which can afford the 94-V0 fire rating;

        2.2 It adopts secure high rate LiFePO4 battery, high capacity（2496Wh）,2000+cycle. Long life, safe and reliable, and long standby time；

        2.3 Using two-way inverter technology,230V pure sine wave voltage and current output, strong power, the maximum output power of the whole machine can reach 2200W (AC output or AC + DC total output), the peak can reach 4000W, high conversion efficiency, inverter efficiency up to 90%；

        2.4 The two-way inverter has built-in UPS function, which can be automatically switched within 30ms after the mains supply failure, and is equipped with 15A overload protector, and the bypass power consumption is safer ；

2.5 Multiple charging methods: mains supply, solar panel, vehicle etc. Mains charging power can reach 1500W, it can be full charged in 2.2 hours, the average charging speed is more than twice that of similar products.

        2.6 Ultra-wide PV voltage (11V-60V) fast charging, adopting 500W MPPT charging technology, compatible with 90% of the third-party solar panels with MC4 connector;

        2.7 DC output is equipped with USB, QC3.0, PD3.0 and other ports (USB / TYPE-C / 5521DC port / smoke lighter), including various voltage output (5V / 9V / 12V / 15V / 20V). It has a total of 6 ways, and 15 ports simultaneously output, each port has an independent over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP); support 15W wireless charging function, to meet the requirements of different electronic products;

2.8 Equipped with high illuminate LED light, which has SOS flash search and rescue function. Meanwhile, it has four refined atmosphere lights, specific and stylish；

        2.9 Multi-function display screen. Clear and digital LCD displays the real-time output / input power of each function, remaining time, and abnormal function alarm, so that man-machine communication becomes so simple；

        2.10 Advanced BMS management system, safe and reliable. Including：Real-time monitor, charging balance, alarms, and multiple protectors (overcharge, over discharge, over-current, overload, short circuit over temperature, fan cooling, etc.) ， to ensure the long life of the battery and the safety of the use process.

4.2 Charging function：

①Car charge：Connect the vehicle charger or adapter (12V / 24V 10A Max.150W) equipped with a 7909DC port to the DC charging port for charging；

②Solar charge：Connect the standard solar charging cable (Anderson to MC4 charging cable) to the Solar charging port. Solar panel specification (11-60V,0.5-13A), which affords up to 500W input power, charge and discharge simultaneously；

③AC charge：Plug the standard AC charging cable into the AC charging port , and then connect to the mains supply (230V / 50Hz)；

Note: Corresponding indicator lights on the screen that displays the product power, charging power and charging remaining time. When the charging is abnormal, the corresponding icon is prompted by flashing light；

4.3Output function（Turn on the power switch before output）：

4.3.1 DC Output

①DC output：Long press the "DC start switch" 2S to turn on or turn off the DC output, and the DC start indicator on the LCD screen will light up, then you can use 2 DC ports and cigarette lighter port；

②USB output：Long press the "USB start switch" 2S to turn on or off the USB output, and the USB indicator on the LCD screen will light up, and you can use 4 USB ports and 2 TYPE-C ports；

③Wireless charge：Long press the "Wireless charging start switch"2S to turn on or off the wireless charging output, the wireless charging indicator on the LCD screen will light up, then the device with wireless charging function could be placed on the "wireless charging" logo at the top of the power station；

④LED light：Short press the "LED Start button", the LED indicator on the screen light up and the LED lights on its 100% brightness instantly. Short press the button successively, the light status adjusts to 100% brightness, 50% brightness, flashing light, SOS, until it’s turned off.

⑤Atmosphere light：The atmosphere light will automatically light up once the power station is powered on, and there is a gradient process(light-dim-extinguish) in 5S; Long press the LED start button 2S to wake up the atmosphere light (the atmosphere light keeps in a gradient process) , long press 2S to turn off the atmosphere light.

①DC output：Long press the "DC start switch" 2S to turn on or turn off the DC output, and the DC start indicator on the LCD screen will light up, then you can use 2 DC ports and cigarette lighter port；

②USB output：Long press the "USB start switch" 2S to turn on or off the USB output, and the USB indicator on the LCD screen will light up, and you can use 4 USB ports and 2 TYPE-C ports；

③Wireless charge：Long press the "Wireless charging start switch"2S to turn on or off the wireless charging output, the wireless charging indicator on the LCD screen will light up, then the device with wireless charging function could be placed on the "wireless charging" logo at the top of the power station；

④LED light：Short press the "LED Start button", the LED indicator on the screen light up and the LED lights on its 100% brightness instantly. Short press the button successively, the light status adjusts to 100% brightness, 50% brightness, flashing light, SOS, until it’s turned off.

⑤Atmosphere light：The atmosphere light will automatically light up once the power station is powered on, and there is a gradient process(light-dim-extinguish) in 5S; Long press the LED start button 2S to wake up the atmosphere light (the atmosphere light keeps in a gradient process) , long press 2S to turn off the atmosphere light.

4.4 Other functions

Ventilation fan：It is equipped with 4 automatic speed-regulating fans. When the battery temperature or the power component temperature reaches the preset value, the ventilation fan automatically starts in different speed according to different temperatures.
