Company Profile
Our company's core business has three: mold manufacturing, injection molding, product spraying services; can also do 3D printing (rapid prototyping), product silk screen printing, CNC machining parts and other services.The mold department has more than 19000 square feet (1800 square meters) of workshop space. There are 12 engineers in the design department, 21 operators in the processing department and 5 assembly teams in the assembly department with an annual output of about 800 sets of molds.There are 21 injection molding machines in the injection molding department, ranging from 90T to 1100T. The maximum injection molding capacity is 12 pounds (5.5kg). The main plastics are ABS, PC (optical grade), PA, POM, PP,PE, etc. Injection molding department also has a small assembly line, which can provide relatively simple product assembly.The spraying Department covers an area of more than 22000 square feet (2100 square meters), mainly providing processing services such as spraying, screen printing and surface painting of various plastic products.
Design department
There are 3 project managers, 2 structural engineers and 5 mold design engineers in the design department. They can handle about 80 sets of molds every month. Structural engineers are responsible for the design and modification of 3D drawings.
Mould workshop
There are 5 groups in the assembly department of the molddepartment, with an annual output of about 800 sets of molds and the maximumapacity is to make 10t molds.
The injection molding workshop
There are 21 injection molding machines in the injection molding departmentwhich can inject 12 pounds (5.5kg) products. The main plastics are ABSPC (optical grade), acrylic, POM, PP and other 10 kinds of plastics
Painting workshop
The spraying Department covers an area of more than 22000 square feet and has one automatic line (350 meters), which can be used for product spraying, silk screen printing and pad printing.
