This Sn99.3/Cu0.7 is the standard melting point solder wire. Normally it is at 217℃~227℃ melting Point. Suitable to many PCB/ SMT/ Electronics product's Pb free requiements.

This solder wire with 96.5% Tin, 3.0% Silver and 0.5% Copper. It is totally without Lead (No Pb). It is Environment friendly soldering materials, no harm for environment and human body. Also it is no clean solder wire. After soldering, no need to clean the product soldering points. Can give a clean and beauty surface to your products.

than 0.2%.
