You should pay for the sample charge and express fee in the beginning, but it will be returned to you on your fist order.

Q4. Did your lighter comes gas filled or not.

All of lighter have to release gas before ship by air cargo, the clients need refill beofre using, any butane gas for gas lighter
is workable, and pls wait at least 2mins after refilling.

Q5. Where can I get butane gas and how to fill lighters?

Butane gas can be bought in local household shops. To refill lighter, need to insert the pipe of butane gas vertically into the valve on the bottom of the lighter with the butane gas upside down for few seconds. And repeat this action for two times. After refilling, wait 2 minutes before using, gas needs time to stabilize. You can ask manager for video instruction of filling lighters.

Q6. How to deliver lighters?

Small quantities of lighters we deliver by DHL without gas. For some countries we also have sea freight or train delivery available.

Q7. What is your delivery time?

Order can be shipped within 15 days after placing. For urgent orders you can contact manager to discuss shorter delivery time.
