A： Our payment term is 30% deposit by t/t and 70% by T/T against B/L copy.
Q：How often do you update the new sample?
A：We update every week for sure.
Q：What's the size of new sample you can provide?
A：Usually we"II refer to it in our catalogue, and We can offer up to A4 size if it’s important for you.
Q：What's the size of counter sample you can provide for us？
A：If it‘s PU or Semi PU. We can produce A4 size one for you. If it‘s PVC. We can’t produce the counter ,samples. Because We need to
produse the order directly because it’s special technology.
Q：What's the delivery time of sample production?
A：It takes 7-10 days.
Q：Do you have certificates, such as ecological standard, fire-proof standard, tearing strength and so on?
A：Yes, we can send the scanned certificate copies to you if you need.
Q：What's the delivery time of the order?
A：Usually it’s about 15-20 days after the order. We can finish the production much earlier if your order is extremely urgent.
