KP250 Semi Automatic Internal and External Heating Tube Filling Sealing Machine

KP250 tube filling and sealing machine is used to fill, seal and code the plastic tube and soft tube.
It can be used to fill cream and liquid, such as toothpaste, ointment, cosmetic cream, glue, and so on. The machine can trim the tail of tube beautifully.
The filling volume is 5-250 ml, if your requirement is over the range, the machine can be customized.
The control place use button, it is easy to operate. All the electrical parts use famous brand parts and that will ensure the good quality of the machine. It's need low maintenance cost.
The material contact part is SS316, meeting the GMP standard.
With piston cylinder filling system, it can be used for materials of different viscosity, and the filling precision is high.
Using copper head to heat the tube inside and outside, it is easy to assemble, clean, and change mould.
