A: Around 12 to 15 days according to the order quantity and production details.

A : Ex-work or FOB , if you have own forwarder in China CFR or CIF , if you need us to make shipment for you More options , you can suggest.
5. Q : Could you provide samples and what's sample delivery time ?
A：We can offer you samples for free,but you need to pay the freight.And the sample delivery time will be faster, generally the same day will inform the warehouse to prepare.
6.Q: What money are you trading by? Can you accept the rate be fixed during whole order if not RMB?
A: We are doing international business by RMB / USD / HKD / EURO / POUND. Yes, the rate can be fixed during whole order by contact.
7.Q:Where do you usually ship goods from?
A:Our factory is in Suzhou, but at present our personal care products are delivered from Guangzhou warehouse. However, some products are delivered in foreign warehouses.The warehouse information of these products will be marked in the product details page.
