Rambutan Peeler Mesin/ Lychee and longan peeling machine include lychee (litchi, lichee), rambutan, and longan peeling, core removing and jam making, it is used to peel off the shell, remove the core from the fruits to produce clean Lychee and longan juice, it can be widely used in the downstream processing of lychee, rambutan and longan juice and fruit wines. The quality of the finished products is stable and can be up to the Chinese hygienic standard for foods.

Working principle of Longan and litchi, Rambutan Peeler Mesin 1t/h Pulp Processing Machinery:

Lychees/longan/rambutan get into skinning device from hopper. The skins are teared under the action of presser belt and a pair of silicone rollers. Then the skins fall into conveying equipment. The smooth pulp of litchis gets into aggregating tank for the process of next.

A6 Distributor

The distributor function is to evenly convey peeled lychee or longan to the peeler machine. There will be different guide slots according to the actual situation.

A7 Longan/lychee Peeler

The longan or lychee peeler adopt double roller to peel the skin of lychee or longan. The fruit meat will enter into pitting machine to pit the core. The debarking clean rate can reach 95% or above. It is the ideal equipment for lychee or longan juice processing. The peeler is equipped with spiral conveying channel.

1. The peeling roller and the press belt adopt food grade EPDM rubber. All other part adopt stainless steel 304
