Q1: How to care the hair?
1.Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water.
2.Add a dash of mild shampoo and swish gently.
3.Shake out do not brush when wet and drip dry.
4.Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
5.Brush into desired style after hair is completely dry.
6.Curls will snap back into position when hair is completely dry, do not expose to sun.
Q2: Can the hair be straightened or curled?
A: Yes, treat the hair as it is your own. Use a flat iron/ straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair,
never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last for a long time.
Q3: Why are my hair getting tangled?
A:Your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt build-up and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash
and condition your hair at least once a week, comb the hair daily and use hydrating drops.To avoid tangling while you sleep, wrap
hair up with a satin scarf or use a satin sleep cap or a satin pillow case to prevent friction.
Q4: What grade of your hair ?
A: Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair, which means the hair is completely unprocessed(not been dyed, colored, bleached, chemically
processed in any way) and intact. It comes from a single donor and all the cuticles are aligned and intact , running in the same
direction.
Q5: Why the colors of hair extensions don't seem exactly the same as the pictures show or description says?
A: Due to difference of display screens, the same color number may have a little color difference.
Q6: Why there are White/Grey Hair?
A: All of our weft are made by 100% human hair. There are some white/grey hair inside.
Our inspection will pick the white/grey hair out from the weft before shipment.
But all the work made by hand, it's difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside.
Please pick out if there is few white/grey hair inside, thanks for your understanding.
Q7: How do I know if the hair is human hair?
A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and
smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.
Q8: How long does it last?
A: Normally our virgin hair can last over 2 years, and remy hair can last over one year, the life of non-remy hair is about 6
months. All of our hair products are cuticle aligned hair, double machine weft to avoid the shedding problem. Full and healthy
ends, no split. Treat it as your own hair and take very good care of it so it can last longer.
Q9: What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
