The FITTINGS Super Locks is a kind of keyless coupling. Under the action of axial force of screws via an inclined plane, inner and outer rings keep close to axis/hub and generate friction force to create a non backlash connection, thus transmit torque then attain the goal of running machines steadily and safely.
The FITTINGS Super Locks expand to fill the gap between the shaft and hub, allowing for more compact size and wider tolerance to be used, quicker installation and removal to be realized, greater torques to be transmitted, and more economical than traditional interference fit techniques. The easy installation also allows the hub to be positioned more accurately on the shaft.
