Liverton Capsules for Fatty Liver Treatment with Chronic Hepatitis
Nowadays ecology, food with low-quality fats, alcohol consumption, smoking, intensive medication, stress - put unnatural stress on our body. A considerable load falls on the liver, because it is this organ that is assigned the task of filtering, protecting our body from the effects of an unfavorable environment.
The liver really needs support, since it is not the stomach that suffers from the wrong food, alcohol, but the liver. It depends on the work of this organ how much harm the toxins will bring to our body. As for alcohol, ninety percent of what enters our body is processed in the liver. In addition, the liver takes part in the assimilation of all the necessary vitamins and useful elements by the body.
Today, there is a significant increase in the number of people suffering from chronic hepatitis. This is due to the high incidence of viral hepatitis, especially B and C, which are often transformed into a chronic form. But recent studies show that next to them, CG of toxic genesis also has a significant proportion. They occur not only in persons exposed to chemically harmful substances in production conditions, but also in residents of the regions as a whole. This may be due to the negative impact on the hepatobiliary system of people of various xenobiotics, their compositions that pollute the environment. These include wastes and emissions from chemical and coal-burning industries, in rural areas - pesticides and pesticides that accumulate in food and water.
It should be noted that in patients with chronic pathology of GBS of non-viral genesis, the level of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) decreases against the background of an increase in the content of adenosine monophosphate. This leads to a decrease in the energy supply of cells. On the other hand, an increase in the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in the blood, which is accompanied by changes in the isozyme spectrum towards the accumulation of anaerobic fractions, indicates the transition of oxidative phosphorylation to the pathway of anaerobic glycolysis with a noticeably lower yield of ATP.
Hepatoprotectors are drugs whose action is aimed at improving the performance of liver functions. Given the above facts, for many of us their reception is a necessity. Modern hepatoprotectors help to increase liver resistance to negative effects, restore damaged cells, and destroy harmful molecules. One of the most effective types of hepatoprotectors are preparations containing essential phospholipids.
Considering that the total surface of hepatic cells reaches 33 thousand M2 and that 80-90% of cell membranes are composed of phosphatidylcholine - the main component of essential phospholipids - it is expedient and pathogenetically justified in case of damage to hepatocytes is the appointment of an exogenous pool of such a valuable structural material.
The active ingredient of the Liverton TM Heallphyclopedia preparation is phospholipids, which are a highly purified fraction of phosphatidylcholine. Dilinoleoylphosphatidylcholine is the defining component of this fraction. Essential phospholipids, which Liverton contains in their chemical structure, are similar to endogenous membrane phospholipids, while they are superior in their functional properties. This is due to the higher content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid. Phospholipids are the main structural elements of cell membranes and cell organelles. They are involved in cell differentiation, division and regeneration. The functional significance of phospholipids is based on their amphiphilic properties, which allow regulating the permeability of the cell membrane. They improve the function of membranes, in particular, ion exchange, internal cell respiration, biological oxidation, affect the binding of enzymes of internal respiration in mitochondria, as well as oxidative phosphorylation in the energy metabolism of cells. Under physiological conditions, the synthesis of phospholipids satisfies the normal requirements of hepatocytes, which contain a sufficient amount of phospholipids. But the structures of cell membranes and enzyme systems in liver diseases undergo pathological changes. The biosynthesis of phospholipids is disrupted, and their deficiency leads to disruption of the function of the cell membrane. These processes are especially pronounced in mitochondria, which are approximately 30% phospholipids. Important metabolic processes take place in them, among which the most important is oxidative phosphorylation. Due to the lack of phospholipids, a violation of fat metabolism occurs, which leads to fatty degeneration of the liver.
Due to its pharmacological properties, Liverton normalizes the mentioned disorders, promotes the regeneration of subcellular and plasma membranes, disrupted membrane-bound enzyme systems and receptors are reactivated, increases detoxification on the liver's capacity and thus normalizes its function.
