Process overview:
Glucose syrup is a kind of starch syrup produced by the action of enzyme or acid with starch as raw material.
Mix the starch with water to 17-19. Be. About, adjust PH 5.0-6.0, add amylase, liquefaction through high temperature. The liquid slurry is filtered, the filtrate is saccharified with hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value, the saccharified liquid is decolorized with activated carbon, and the ion exchange resin is concentrated into glucose syrup.
Process details:
Ø adjustable size: starch water mixing to 17 to 19. Be. Around, PH adjustment of 5.0 to 6.0 or so, to join the high temperature of liquefied enzyme, after mixing the slurry pump injection liquefier, after the injection of temperature control in the 100-110 ℃, the heat preservation 60 min, and then the secondary injection to 120-125 ℃, 5 min, flash to reduce the temperature to 96 ℃, 2 hours heat preservation;
Ø saccharification: the use of saccharifying enzyme action, the liquefaction to DE a certain value of sugar liquid saccharification, broken down into glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, etc as main composition of molasses and meet the requirements of DE value after the turn to the next working procedure;
Ø liquid sugar decolorization: using activated carbon adsorption, through two counter-current decoloring process, removing the color of the syrup, adsorption to remove part of the protein and fat.
Ø ion exchange: adjust the syrup, exchange before cooling temperature and PH value, syrup pump into the desalting of ion exchange, by cation resin, anion resin syrup off ash content.
Ø enrichment: after desalting syrup under the condition of vacuum, heated evaporation and make the syrup concentration meet the process requirements of scope, lowering the temperature, filling, conveying to the finished product process is the glucose syrup;

Technical features:
1. The high-temperature liquefaction enzyme and the one-time jet liquefaction process are adopted to precisely control the temperature, and the starch liquefaction is sufficient without recovery.

3. Flow activated carbon decolorization process, decolorization effect is good, high degree of automation, to ensure the color of the finished product.
4. Optional ion-exchange column sugar refining process can fully remove ash in the syrup and increase the temperature of the finished sugar.
