Product Description
MASTRO WASH is a specific professional detergent to be used with the immersion pan washer for soaking utensils that must be washed, degreased and descalers (e.g. trays, oven glasses, pans, grills, hood filters, oven dishes, fryer baskets)
Start and filling: Make sure the green power button on the immersion bedpan washer is off
1. Fill the tank with water up to the level mark in the tank;
2. Turn on the machine by pressing the green button
3. Once the water has exceeded 40 ° C, the specific MASTRO WASH detergent can be added (the quantity of detergent varies according to the immersion pan washer model);
4. Dissolve the detergent well by moving the water with the basket supplied
5. The immersion pan washer is ready to work for up to 4 weeks.
Usage:
1. Tool immersion inside the tank: Duration of immersion: from about 5 to 30 minutes (except for historical carbonization). The time varies according to the level of encrustation of the equipment to be washed.
2. Tool extraction.
3. Rinse the tool (s) with running water or in the dishwasher and the washing is completed. Take out a tool at once and rinse it immediately, preventing the solution of water and detergent from sticking to the tool. If the encrustation residues do not come off the tool during rinsing, immerse again.
