PEEK tubing for liquid chromatography (HPLC).
In HPLC, various reagents are sent at extremely high pressure. Therefore, suitable PEEK tubing need to have (1) high mechanical strength to withstand high pressure, (2) excellent chemical resistance, and (3) no elution of metal ions.
All of our PEEK tubing meets the world's highest precision standards with ±30 μm (0.001 inch). Non-contact measuring instruments are used to frequently monitor tube dimensions. As a result, we have never received any complaints about tube dimensions.
Also, our PEEK tubing manufacturing equipment has components made of special materials unlike that of competitor companies. Tubing made by our equipment has extremely low elution of metallic and organic substances. The resulting purity is so high that our tubing is also used in semiconductor-cleaning equipment.
