Utilizing LED lighting technology, our Illumination series is perfect for dimly lit restaurants, nightclubs and hotels. Rechargeable backlit panels offer an easy to read display in low light conditions, and create a dynamic look. Standard cover material is black simulated leather. Customized cover materials available.

PRODUCE TIME: Our factory has a certain amount of inventory, only used for samples orders. (1) Standard samples are available in stock, could be sent with 1 -2 workdays after confirmed the samples value. PS: If need special imprint logos on samples, the lead time is 3 - 4 workday after paid. (2) Mass production of Standard items, will be shipped 12 -15 workdays. Any customized orders take a bit longer in production than regular custom orders. however, we try to compress the production time as best as we can with 15 -18 workdays.

There is an additional fee of 0.35 - 1.0USD per book when a logo is specified on the order. pls be aware that some logos may not be processed this way due to small details or large soild area of stamping. You will be notified at the time if this charge applies when you place the orders.

ARTWORK: Logo for stamped book must be sent in vector files. true black. any other type of file will have a artwork fees applied in order to create a clean crisp dye plate.

SET UP CHARGE Set up charge only applies to custom orders and silk screening orders.

PAYMENT No orders will be processed until we received payment. Bank Wire transfer / Western Union / MoneyGram is the type of payment you choose. The orders will be processed after deposit. We do not accept credit card payment/paypal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

RETURN/REFUND/CLAIMS: We are not responsible for any product damaged during shipment. ( crushed box, water damage, tec) nor any liquid damages.

WARRANTY: For the LED menu, we provides a one year warranty on products under regular usage. Pls note that we sometimes require damage products to be returned for inspection. ( if the product becomes defective within one year of purchase. pls understand the lifetime of our products depends on how frequent they are used or how well our clients take care of them.)

CHARGER INSTRUCTIONS:

(1) Each Charger is able to accomodate up to 10 units of rechargeable items.

(2) A rechargeable unit does not need to be completely dead to be recharged.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend cleaning the menus with a clean, damp (not wet) cloth. Please air-dry after cleaning. Do not clean the menus with strong detergent and avoid water spills over the panels or the battery box.
