The Lifting Steel Coil Tong is used for lifting steel billet, aluminum plate & copperplate. It is produced by lever mechanism through gravity of slab. The opening and close of clamp is controlled by auto latch mechanism. The clamp can be used to lift single or multiple slabs.
This type of lifter is single in structure, convenient and agile in usage with long service life. The wide range of available square billet is 100mm-400mm. 1T to 60T billet handling capacity depending on the size of the lifter.
In order to achieve the best design results, the manufacture process uses PRO/E principle to design and analyze to simulate the whole clamp and lifting process. We design each tong for the size, shape, weight and special conditions in your particular application.

Care & Use of Lifting Device
1. Do not stand under the working billet lifter.
2. Never exceed the working load limit of the sheet metal clamp.
3. The lifter should be in the centre of the sheet metal when working, otherwise the lifter will be inclined and easily damaged.
4. If the fixture gets a small damage, it should be repaired immediately. Otherwise, the damage will be speed up.
