VS vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for the sintering of metal and ceramic injection molded parts (MIM) of stainless steel (nickel base), iron-based, titanium alloy, alloy steel and high-speed steel. The heating element and the thermal insulation material are metal molybdenum, which can ensure the atmosphere in the vacuum chamber to be more pure, and is particularly suitable for the processing and manufacturing of medical device components (dental orthodontic products and living sampling pliers, etc.).
Optional configuration:
1.Sintering furnace with molybdenum heating element, the heating chamber full molybdenum screen insulation or heat-resistant steel with molybdenum screen all-metal insulation, both to ensure a good temperature uniformity and to ensure the purity of the vacuum chamber;
2.Equipped with vacuum sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering, micro-vacuum degreasing and micro-positive pressure degreasing function;
