What is hpl board? and what is compact laminate?

Hpl board is constructed with layers of Kraft paper, dipped in resin and dried. These layers are then sandwiched between laminated top and bottom sheets, compressed and baked. A process called polymerisation melds them all together creating a solid-core panel that is an extra tough durable laminate. This creates a prefinished panel that is strong, self-supporting, water resistant and highly durable, requiring very low maintenance – perfect for a multitude of uses in commercial and public spaces.Lesifu's Compact

HPL board and compact laminate are the same materials and technology. As usual, from 0.3mm-1.5mm, we call hpl board. From 1.8mm -20mm, we call compact laminate.

8. How to cut HPL laminate board? By precision sawing or CNC machine
9. How to install HPL laminate panels? There are five installation methods, including thin sheet stickup, exposed frame trim strip joint, hidden frame trim strip joint, decorative strip sticking, and dry hanging. We suggest that 8mm and above 8mm compact board use dry hanging method. Technological process: 1. measurement and setting-out, 2. actual measurement drawing, 3. typesetting, 4. plate processing, punching and installation of buried plate, 5. welding adapter, 6. aluminum keel prefabrication, 7. main keel installation, 8.auxiliary keel installation, 9. positioning and drilling, fixed pendant, 10. decorative panel installation， 10.
