Description
The dry broke paper pulper mainly used in the paper industry to recycle and pulping the semi-dry broke paper and dry broke paper in the press section,drying section, and reeling section of the paper machine, and then put it into the pulp making system again.
SZS type dry broke pulper is mainly composed of supporting pulp tank, rotor, screen plate, transmission device, driving device and transmission cover.

Raw material
1.Semi-dry waste paper generated in the press section of the paper machine;
2.Waste paper generated in the drying section when the paper machine breaks;
3.Paper edges cut after soft pressing and rewinding;
4.Waste paper generated during reeling,rewinding,packaging;
5.Defective products with quality problems in the paper making.
Features
1.The optimized rotor shape can achieve higher turbulence effect with the lowest power consumption;
2.With a high suction rate, the friction between the fibers is greatly increased, so that the pulp disintegration does not only rely on the mechanical force between the rotor and the sieve plate.
3.The new pulp pool structure has increased the frequency of contact between the rotor and the pulp to a certain extent.
4.Material:contact with slurry is stainless steel;
5.Continuous work, simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency.
