Packaging:

We use standart/customized packing procedure as per customer's requirements. Following is the material that we use during packaging:

• Paper, Polybags & Foam
• Styrofoam
• Brown and White Box (Inner & Master Carton)

       Packaging Process Used:

1. First we wrap each item in a white butter paper, then the piece will be placed inside a polybag.
2. Afterward we wrap this item in a white foam to protect it from dents, shocks, scratches etc.
3. Finally the packed item is kept in a white corrugated box.
4. And then such four/two boxes are packed in a Master Carton.
5. As per customer demand, we apply labels on Master Cartons and apply product barcodes/inner labels on each inner box.

      Packaging Style Used:

• Standard packaging with White/Brown corrugated box and cartons.
• Custom designed color box packaging with customer logo, name and other details.
• Black/Blue satin box, velvet box and gift box packaging.

Samples

Please feel free to ask for samples before finalizing order for complete satisfaction from your side. Samples will be shipped by DHL/Fedex. Generally it takes 8 to 10 business days for samples to reach final destination. 

Payment Terms

Payment Terms: Accept 30% payment to start production and remaining 70% after complettion of the production and before dispatching the consignment.

Payment Methods: We accept payment using Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer, Bank to Bank Transfer etc. We also accept PayPal as a payment gateway for the first deal to buildup trust between the parties.

Ans: We are factory located in Moradabad, India, an export hub city. Only 3 hour drive away from national capital, New Delhi.

Q02: How do we determine quality of product before placing larger order?

Ans: We offer third party testing nominated by buyer Testing Lab on randomly picked production samples.

Q03: What we do ?

Ans: We manufacture all metal, leather, glass, wood, ceremic and macreme products.

Q04: What is the normal lead time?

Ans: After confirmation of order/payment, we dispatch consignment within 30-50 days from our warehouse. Lead time depends on the quantity of order.

Q05: What is the Minimum Order Quantitie (MOQ)?

Ans: For most of our products, we have MOQ - 50 pieces/sets.

Q06: Can you provide door to door/drop ship service ?

Ans: Yes.

Q07: What is the warranty of  the products ?

Ans: Our all products carry replacement warranty. Customer should inform about the defected products within 30 days of delivery.

Q08: Do you carry Product Liability Insurance ?

Ans: We have PLI for some of our products, but we can insure the product on customer's request. The PLI costing will be absorbed in product cost.

Q09: Can you provide samples ? Is sample cost refundable ?

Ans: We can provide free samples as long as you are willing to afford the shipping charges. We can provide samples by using UPS/FedEx etc courier services. Some samples carry nominal charges that are refundable on order.

Q10: Can you make our designs ?

Ans: Yes, we can develop you designs. You just need to provide us your CAD/Drawings/Ideas/Pictures.

Mould cost is refundable if you get any of your design developed with us.

Q11:  What kind of packaging do you produce ?

A: Gift Box, Color Box, PVC Box, Kraft Box, Cotton Bags etc. Customer's sugessions are always welcome.

Q12: What is your shipping terms?

Ans: We use air and sea both shipping methods according to buyer's requirement.

Q13: What types of payments do you accept ?

Ans: We accept payment by T/T & PayPal, for high value orders, we also accept L/C payment.

Q14: Can your products be customized/personalized ?

Ans: Yes, we welcome the modifications according to our customers.
