1.Door frame workshop
    Raw materials are imported into factory, inspecting, drawing, stamping, bending, punching,        welding,combining, grinding, testing and turning.
2.Door Facade workshop
    raw materials incoming, inspection, stamping, bending, forming, welding, grinding, testing, turning.
3.Door Surface workshop
(1)Chemical section:
     loading, deoiling, water washing, rust removing, neutralization, water washing,table adjustment, phosphating, water washing, air drying and rotating.
(2)Gluing section:
     watching, brush gluing, locking fork, drawing honeycomb paper, sealing, correcting spot welding,hot pressing, adding welding, checking, grinding, polishing and turning.
(3)Spray section:
     matching, hooking, soot blowing, spray molding, inspection, turn to order.

(4)Transfer printing section:
     cutting paper to inspection, grinding, brush gluing, transfer printing, inspection,paper filling, baking, washing door, inspection, air drying, turn to order.

6. Q: What is your payment terms?
    A: 30% T/T as deposit in advance, 70% balance before loading.
