A: Usually, T/T 50% deposit to start production, the balance paid before shipping.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 15-25 days after the deposit received and all details confirmed.
PRIMA usually uses two methods for products packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the
other is fully assembled. As to the glasses and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with plywood box to avoid breakage in transit.
