1.Q:How is your factory production capability? 

A:ARTISAN factory has a production line including Machining Line, 

and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 30000 pcs per month.

2.Q:Can your factory print our brand on the product?

A:Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. 

Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

3.Q:Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning? 

A:ARTISAN is willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo. 

We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.

4.Q:Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?

A:The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage.  

5.Q:Can your factory produce the low-lead faucet? 

A:More than 60 product models applied cUPC certification in 2015. The content of the lead in our cUPC approval products is < 0.25%. 

We also can produce the low-lead faucet according to your requirement of lead content.

6.Q:What the product certification does your factory have? And the certifications for which country? 

A:We have cUPC certification for USA and Canada,WaterMark certification for Australia, ACS certification for France, CE certification for European countries.

7.Q:How is your production management and quality control system? 

A:ARTISAN develops process - oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirement and expectation in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage.

8.Q:Can I visit ARTISAN factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

A:It is a great honor to invite you to visit ARTISAN factory. Our factory is based on Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Guangdong province, which will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory; one and half hours from Foshan City to our factory.

We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou City or Foshan City.
