What is Laser Cut Bamboo Plywood?
Our Laser Cut Bamboo Plywood is made of 3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply and 9-ply bamboo veneer. The fine, dense grain of Carbonised Bamboo makes it an ideal product for laser cutting, etching and engraving and will machine cleanly at high speed.
The colouration of Carbonised Bamboo is achieved via an additional manufacturing process akin to the caramelisation of sugar in which exposure to high temperatures browns the starch within the raw materials.
It is widely used into cake toppers, key tags, invitations, jewellery, business cards, bookmarks, plaques, signage and much more
Our Advantages
we only use top-grade bamboo veneer, each piece is full length and nice color, no trash one or joint one. Back is with imported fleece to make sure each veneer strong and durable.
Our glue is imported from Finland, cost is three times higher than local using, but it with very low formaldehyde, good waterproof and make each panel more flat.
All bamboo plywoods will pack with strong pallet, and outside wrap with thick plastic film, cardboard and corner protect.
