The two-roll rolling mill machine
The two-roll rolling mill machine consists of a two-roll rolling mill, a roll changing device, a universal joint shaft, a shaft bracket, a reducer, and a motor. Press by hydraulic APC and the main reducer adopts a hard tooth surface, and the main motor uses a DC motor.
The axial locking of the stick system adopts the bolt-type structure, the hydraulic traverse shifting roller, the universal shaft clamping with the hydraulic lifting device, flexible adapting to the height of the new roller system, and the roller changing is convenient and quick. Hydraulic pressure, the upper roller is hydraulically balanced; the roller system is all oil-lubricated, and the fuel-saving and sanitary lubrication effect is good.
