1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are both and have our own good advantages on producing the items.
2. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province, near by HongKong, Guangzhou.
3.Guarantee of conditions on cotton bags?
The cotton materials is 100% eco friendly, organic cotton materials with certification provided, if description is not correct, we will be willing to be responsible for this, and return the full payment.
4. Do you customize the bags?
Yes, we can customize bags size, styles, colors and logo printing, even the opp-poly bag and outer carton printing etc.
5.How about MOQ?
Because of our first cooperation, there will be more or less confusion on the bags quality, logo quality, we are happy to accept MOQ 500pcs.Sample will be checked/confirmed before production.
6.About the sample ?
Sample for cotton bags in stock can be checked, free.
Sample for other materials in stock will be sample fee, but after order confirmation, sample fee will be refundable or deducted from total payment.
If the sample bag with your customized logo printing, there will be extra set up fee/mold fee etc, As long as the logos quantity can reach printing factory MOQ, the set up fee/mold fee will be deducted from total payment.Sample time will depend on the printing way.
7. Do your bags shrink after washing? Also the logo will fade or not along the time?
A. Wash the cotton canvas bags in turn by hand
B. Try to avoid long soak and scrub hard
C. Wash separately from other clothing
D. Use neutral laundry detergent or detergent
E. Do not bleach
F. Water tempreture less than 40°C
G. Drop dry in cool and ventilated place
H. Do moderate stretch to reduce cotton canvas bags shrink when near to dry
I. The canvas bag shrinkage at 3%-5% meets international standard after washing
J. Ironing in a low heat
