A4: You just need to send us the photos and sizes of your rugs, and our designer will make the drawings 

for your confirmation. The lead time of customized rugs will be around 4-8 months;

Q5: What is your MOQ?   

A5: For the customized design, our MOQ:500SQM .

      For the ready design in our stock. NO MOQ .we can also accept trial order.

Q6: What about your package?

A6: Rolled for small size rugs; Folded for large size rugs; 

      Inner packing : waterproof plastic bag; Outer packing : double-layer woven bag.

Q7: What is your delivery time and shipment?

(1) For sample or small order, the rugs will be ready within 5 days after receiving your payment, 

     and will be sent by Express Delivery,such as DHL, EMS,UPS,FedEx or TNT;

(2) For wholesale order or big shipment, the rugs will be ready within 10 days after receiving your payment, 

     and will be sent by air or sea as your request.
