A: It is depends on the sample cost itself, normally, samples are free, but if sample is free, freight cost will be collect at buyyer’s side. If we request customer to pay sample cost, they will surely get the refund after order confirm.
3. Q: Can I visit your company?
A: Yes, of course, our office located in Yiwu National Fabric and Accessories Center. Anytime you like to visit, just let us know, then we will arrange everything.
4. Q: How do you deal with defects.
A: Recheck the goods to find out the reason, replace rejects for free.
5. Q: Lead time
A: For stock ones around 3-5 days after we get your payment confirmation.
For OEM/ODM products 3-7 days for sample and 15-20 days for bulk.
