Spray Dryer and its mainly used in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine, and chemical enterprises to produce micro-particle powder, for all solutions such as emulsion, suspension of a wide range of applicability, suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the materials sprayed are heated only when they are sprayed into atomized particles, they are heated only for an instant, the invention can keep the active components of these active materials from being destroyed after drying.

1.The laboratory small spray dryer is operated by large color touch screen, which is combined with automatic control and manual control；
2.Shutdown Protection Function: When shutdown, just press the Stop Button, and the machine will stop running immediately except the fan to ensure that the equipment will not burn out because of misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan)；
3.Full Automatic Control: one-button start-up, set the spray process parameters, the temperature reached the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump automatically started, the touch screen shows running animation, the running process is clearly displayed; when the machine is shut down, just press the stop button, the machine shuts down automatically and safely；
4.The spray, drying, and collection system is made of transparent high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass, which makes the drying process in a pollution-free environment.
